We were asked to provide production and equipment for the Waitrose Garden party in support of Grocery Aid UK. We needed to provide a full production service that would include, Staging, Rigging & structures, as well as 2.6mm LED video, Audio, lighting and Displays with full live event control from our team of experts. The installation was spread outdoors at the beautiful Dorney Court and across 3 structures, we provided 2 large and 1 smaller structure and included an outside entrance area for guests. We installed 275 lighting fixtures, 112 panels of 2.6mm LED video, full audio package with 8 delay screens for display inside the marquees and outside areas. The event boasted performances from an incredible 13 piece orchestra and the amazing Pixie Lott.
