Bodypower is the UK’s biggest and most successful fitness exhibition. Bodypower at the NEC Birmingham, happens every year in May with each hall packed full of excitement. New and existing products on show with great tasting snacks, protein rich foods, fitness clothing, along with so much more from over 300 exhibitors.
Working closely with one of the leading sporting agencies in the UK, Bigabox were able to take their creative ideas and turn them into a reality. Our in-house team was able to design the Maximuscle exhibition stand in 3D to the point of sign off. Using our full production capabilities, we provided: design, build, LED video, lighting and audio. The 20m x 10m stand was pre-fabricated in our workshop allowing for a smooth installation. Once installed within the NEC each elevation was wrapped in a digitally printed vinyl. We added LED Battens and SmartBat Chrome wireless up and down lighting effects around the stand to light up specific graphics and areas. We also provided a 4m x 2.5m 3.9mm LED video cube, hung on truss and flown over the stand. The video was then used to showcase content for brand awareness along with countdowns to spot prizes and competitions. Finally to achieve the required atmosphere, we installed a small DJ setup with Pioneer CDJ2000 Nexus 2’s, Pioneer DJM900 Nexus 2 and D&B speakers.
