The MAGICFX® FX-SWITCHPACK is especially designed to safely control 220V on-off hardware by DMX. Standard dimmer/switch packs are designed to control lights and are not suitable for FX.
The FX-SWITCHPACK is a multi relay system with a DMX safety channel and a FX warning LED which makes sure FX will only be activated when you fire them. Safety first!
The MagicFX FX-Switchpack II is a 4-channel DMX switchpack specially designed for special effects. The case is in a simple but also modern design and is therefore hardly noticeable on a stage or a traverse. The Switchpack II from Magic FX can also be used outdoors, as it is splash-proof. The DMX switchpack has 4x Schuko outputs with a maximum output of 5A each. The DMX addresses can be set via RDM-DMX or the built-in control panel on the device.
