Corporate Events and Conference Production

EssilorLuxottica, global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and instruments, have recently celebrated the arrival of their new Varilux XR series lens. A launch event was hosted at Hilton, London Wembley and Bigabox were approached by their event partners Event Exchange, to bring their vision to life. Working alongside other chosen event partners, we provided a 17x4m LED Video wall along with several other screens for their brand immersive showcase with presentations and managed the installation and operation of the video production. The event was attended by more than 350 practices, hosted multiple speakers, and had a great selection of entertainment throughout the evening… We absolutely loved delivering this conference and we look forward to working with Event Exchange again!
